Dear LGIP Participant:

Welcome to the Online Participant Access System for the Arizona State Treasurer's Office. Using this system, you will be able to make deposits, withdrawals, or transfer transactions to your LGIP account(s) online. Additionally, you will be able to generate statements showing transactions and account balances for transactions occurring after June 30, 2009.

To establish online access to your LGIP account, please complete the following checklist:

Review & sign the OLA User Access Request Form (Click here)
Review & sign the Risk Acknowledgment Form. (Click here)
Review the Liability Limitation statement. (Click here)
Review the Arizona State Treasurer's Office web site privacy and use policy. (Click here)
Return the OLA User Access Request Form and Risk Acknowledgment Form to our office.

Once these items are received, you will receive a User ID via e-mail.
